Support the Warehouse Manager in managing daily finished goods warehouse operations for an automobile parts manufacturer.
Oversee manpower planning, inventory accuracy using WMS and SAP, dispatch processes, and compliance with client and 3PL procedures.
Prepare daily/monthly operational reports, monitor warehouse performance, safety, and handle issues in Warehouse Manager's absence.
Minimum Requirements
Graduate degree in any field; Logistics/Supply Chain/Operations degree or diploma preferred.
4+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in a 3PL environment.
Working knowledge of WMS and SAP mandatory.
Experience managing warehouse teams and shift operations required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in finished goods warehouse operations within manufacturing or 3PL setups.
Proficient in managing multi-shift manpower and coordinating between clients and 3PL teams.
Capable of operational oversight including stock reconciliations, dispatch accuracy, and adherence to safety/5S standards.
