Manage daily warehouse inventory activities including stock movements, receipts, transfers, picking, and dispatches.
Maintain accurate stock records using WMS and SAP, conduct cycle counts, physical stock checks, and resolve discrepancies.
Prepare reports, support stock audits, and coordinate between warehouse, dispatch, and client teams to ensure timely operations and adherence to procedures.
Minimum Requirements
Graduate degree in any field; Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations diploma/degree preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory or warehouse operations.
Experience with WMS and SAP systems is mandatory.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in 3PL, finished goods, or tyre warehousing environments.
Operationally focused with strong capability in inventory accuracy, stock reconciliation, and reporting.
Comfortable coordinating cross-functionally between warehouse, dispatch, and clients while following standardized procedures.
