Head of Transition and Project Management

Lead pre-transition due diligence, enablement, and execution of business work transitions to HBS, including multi-functional, global projects and programs.

Manage full project lifecycle ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with quality and governance compliance across global teams and business functions.

Develop and lead project frameworks, risk management, governance, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives to support Haleon's strategy execution.

15+ years in project, program, and transition management in global, matrixed, multi-functional organizations.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management or related field preferred.

PMP/PgMP or similar certification preferred; Agile/Scrum certifications beneficial.

Location requirement: Bengaluru, India with ability and willingness to travel internationally.

Experienced leader managing complex, multi-functional transition and transformation programs in Consumer Goods or similar sectors.

Proven capability to lead global cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders up to executive level.

Strong strategic planner with expertise in both Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies, comfortable in ambiguous environments.
