Architect, develop, and operate complex distributed backend services and cloud-native platforms at scale using Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure.

Drive incident response, root-cause analysis, and systemic fixes to improve long-term service health and reliability across distributed systems.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years experience owning distributed backend or production services using Python, Go, or Rust with proficiency in at least two languages.
Experience building and troubleshooting production APIs with containerization and Kubernetes.
Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience applying AI for development and operational automation.
Experience with AWS or GCP cloud platforms.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated ability to independently lead system design decisions and large-scale service reliability improvement initiatives.
Experience leveraging AI-assisted workflows to boost operational efficiency and engineering velocity.
Proven expertise in managing production Kubernetes workloads across multi-cloud environments and familiarity with system security (SSO, OAuth, OIDC) and observability tools.
