Lead end-to-end implementation of OneStream financial technology solutions covering requirements, design, development, testing, training, and support.
Support pre-sales activities including client demos and proof-of-concept projects to drive business acquisition.
Collaborate across client and internal teams to ensure timely deliverables using Spaulding Ridge’s delivery methodology.
Minimum Requirements
7+ years of overall relevant experience with strong hands-on business logic in OneStream implementations.
Proficient understanding of financial/accounting processes including planning methods, financial close, and reporting.
Experience with complex allocations, business rules, member formulas, seeding logics, dynamic calculations; data integration and REST API is a plus.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or engineering.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in corporate performance management software implementations with a deep understanding of financial processes.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment handling ambiguity and delivering outcomes independently.
Able to engage in pre-sales client interactions demonstrating technical and business solution expertise.
