Own and govern master data and configuration control processes across PLM and ERP systems to ensure product and manufacturing data integrity.
Lead Change Control Board (CCB) processes for engineering and manufacturing changes, ensuring accurate management of BOMs, routings, and product configurations throughout the product lifecycle.
Drive data governance, process excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives that reduce inventory obsolescence, change implementation cycle times, and production disruptions.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline; Master's Degree preferred.
10-15 years of experience in Master Data Management, Configuration Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Engineering Change Management, Supply Chain, or Operations.
Strong experience with PLM and ERP systems such as Teamcenter, Oracle, SAP, or equivalent platforms.
Work Experience Required: 10-15 years
