Corporate Banking Middle Office, Assistant Vice President - Loan IQ

Manage middle-office operations for corporate banking transactions including loan origination, deal booking, and funding coordination.

Review credit approvals, legal documents, and facilitate transaction closing while ensuring compliance and risk controls.

Identify and implement process improvements within lending operations and collaborate across front and back-office teams.

Minimum 2+ years of credit or loan operations experience, including deal support.

At least 2+ years experience with Loan IQ for loan servicing, onboarding, deal setup, and lifecycle management.

2+ years handling syndicated loan deal booking, transaction closing, funding, and coordination.

Work shift: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST with flexibility for business needs; hybrid work arrangement as per guidelines.

Experienced in reviewing credit agreements and legal lending documentation supporting operational accuracy.

Skilled in cross-functional collaboration with legal, credit risk, collateral, and loan operations teams.

Ability to analyze operational and compliance risks and recommend process improvements in lending functions.
