Business Manager

Provide primary financial and accounting support including business analysis, cost analysis, financial counsel, and strategic planning for a focus facility, subsidiary, or business unit.

Lead monthly reporting on profit center results and Rolling Business Management (RBM), annual business plans, and executive reviews for upper management.

Assist in business unit planning and conduct investment analysis such as plant rates, ROI, pricing, and make/buy studies to influence consensus decision-making at facility/business level.

CA qualification mandatory; MBA preferred.

10-15 years of experience preferred, specifically from manufacturing industry.

Experience with financial analysis, cost-benefit analysis, financial forecasting, and strategic business planning required.
