Maintain and improve research tools and Intelligence Hub to ensure up-to-date, accessible market intelligence for leadership decision-making.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of relevant market research and consulting experience.
Graduate or post-graduate degree from a reputed institution.
Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and familiarity with databases like Real Capital Analytics, CoStar, Capital IQ, D&B Hoovers, Factiva, Pitchbook, Sales Navigator.
Work location: Remote - Gurugram, India; Shift: 1 PM to 10 PM IST.

Experienced in managing and delivering client-focused real estate market research projects with quality and timeliness.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills working with US client and sales teams across management levels.
Skilled at mentoring analysts and improving research processes, tools and deliverables through continuous improvement initiatives.
