Facility Manager- Soft Services

Manage day-to-day soft services operations including housekeeping, pest control, landscaping, and vendor staff deployment onsite.

Ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs through regular site inspections, vendor management, cost control, and timely reporting of service issues and expenditures.

Oversee technical services maintenance (HVAC, electrical, fire safety), support health, safety, and compliance activities, and act as a point of contact for clients and stakeholders onsite.

Work Experience Required: Prior experience in facilities, property management, hospitality, or related fields (exact years not specified).

Must be able to work onsite in Mumbai, MH with willingness to work multiple shifts and timings.

Understanding of local occupational health and safety regulations and vendor management in facilities environment.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with technical building systems and preventive maintenance.

Experienced in managing integrated facilities management soft services with demonstrated vendor and contract management skills.

Capable of balancing technical operations oversight with client-facing responsibilities and resolving service issues efficiently.

Comfortable working in compliance-driven, safety-critical environments with a focus on cost control and process improvements.
