Develop and maintain workflows, integrations, and automation between ServiceNow and enterprise systems like OSS/BSS, ERP, and CRM.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, reliable applications and adhere to development standards including unit and integration testing.
Minimum Requirements
3–5 years of IT service management or application development experience, with 2–3 years specifically in ServiceNow development (ITSM preferred).
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience with Flow Designer, Script Includes, and enterprise system integrations.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required; Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in telecom domain or enterprise ITSM environments with strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices.
Operates effectively with moderate autonomy on complex components, collaborating with architects and senior engineers.
Demonstrates proficiency in secure coding, automation, and continuous platform learning with focus on operational excellence and quality assurance.
