Senior Software Validation Engineer

Create, execute, and document complex test cases and scripts for both functional and non-functional software specifications.

Conduct formal audits and quality assurance reviews to ensure compliance with organizational standards and propose corrective actions.

Manage stakeholder relationships by communicating progress, resolving issues, and ensuring user needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Proven experience in managing and leading teams with demonstrated line management capabilities.

Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline such as Maths, Science, Engineering, Computing, or equivalent project-related experience.

Experience in regulated environments (e.g., GxP, Financial) or relevant transferable testing experience.

Fluent in English.

Experienced in Agile methodologies (preferably Scrum), UML, Object Orientation, Data and Process Modeling.

Strong background in the life sciences sector or similar regulated environment.

Able to handle complex technical challenges and communicate complex information clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
