Provide operational support for U.S. immigration and global business travel processes within Huron’s Global Mobility team.
Manage business travel procedures including country-specific guidance, internal service requests, and coordination with external vendors.
Ensure compliance by coordinating immigration applications, preparing travel documentation, maintaining records, and supporting various stakeholders including HR and business leaders.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, legal studies, or related field.
3–5 years of professional experience directly supporting immigration services and cross-border business travel.
Work location: Huron India office, hybrid with minimum 3 days onsite/week, shift 1 PM–10 PM IST.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience working virtually across multiple time zones.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in handling immigration and global mobility operational tasks in a fast-paced, professional services environment spanning multiple countries and stakeholders.
Strong collaborator capable of engaging with diverse internal stakeholders including HR, business leadership, and external vendor partners, from analysts to C-suite.
Comfortable managing ambiguous situations and complex compliance topics, with demonstrated problem-solving and communication skills.
