Lead and execute sourcing cost saving, VAVE, and resourcing projects across multiple manufacturing sites within Regal Rexnord India region.
Develop and implement regional sourcing strategies including category management, supplier negotiation, and risk mitigation to improve cost, quality, delivery, and supplier performance.
Manage and develop a team of Category Managers, collaborate cross-functionally to drive procurement excellence and deliver annual cost savings and productivity targets.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field required.
20 to 25+ years of experience in direct and indirect sourcing or procurement in manufacturing with strong negotiation and supplier contract management skills.
Proficiency with sourcing and procurement software including ERP systems (Oracle), Excel, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of quality system methodologies such as 8D, Lean, Six Sigma, PPAP, APQP, Measurement System Analysis essential.

Experienced leader with a proven track record managing sourcing across multiple manufacturing sites in a matrixed environment with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong strategic thinker who can develop sourcing strategies, drive productivity improvements, and lead supplier risk mitigation and contingency planning.
Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, collaborate cross-functionally, and deliver measurable business impact through data-driven decision making.
