Own end-to-end delivery of smaller Q2C (Quote-to-Cash) enhancements and automations using AI-assisted development tools, beyond typical BA documentation.
Develop deep functional expertise in Q2C domains (CPQ, Contract Lifecycle Management, Order Management) to anticipate impacts and guide solution design.
Collaborate with SMEs, product, architecture, and engineering teams to prototype, build, and deploy working solutions, maintain process maps, automate validations, reporting, and support UAT cycles.
Minimum Requirements
3+ years experience as Business Analyst or similar role in SaaS or enterprise environment with hands-on building capabilities, not just requirements documentation.
Experience in Quote-to-Cash domain including CPQ, Contract Lifecycle Management, or Order Management systems.
Proven use of AI-assisted development or automation tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, Copilot) to create scripts, automations, or solutions.
Familiarity with process mapping/documentation tools such as Lucidchart or Smartsheets.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Technically proficient BA comfortable directly building and automating solutions rather than just documenting requirements.
Experienced in collaborative cross-functional environments working closely with business SMEs and engineering teams to prototype functional AI-driven tools.
Data-savvy with skills in data migration, validation, and BI reporting (SQL/SOQL, Tableau/PowerBI), with a builder mindset focused on delivering working prototypes.
