Design, develop, test, and maintain complex Mainframe applications; analyze requirements to implement enhancements; and provide technical leadership and mentoring to development and support teams.
Minimum Requirements
20 to 25 years of overall IT experience with 15+ years in WMA/Vantage products and Life Insurance systems.
Strong proficiency in Mainframe technologies: COBOL, JCL, DB2.
Experience supporting and leading large-scale Mainframe enhancement, modernization, and support initiatives.
Life Insurance domain experience is strongly preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Expert in WMA/Vantage product architecture and functionality within Mainframe environments.
Experienced in managing complex, mission-critical Mainframe application support and development with strong troubleshooting skills.
Capable of providing technical leadership and mentoring while collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder communication effectively.
