Own SAP HCM solutions delivery including configuration, master data setup, integration with Project Systems and Finance modules for Upstream/Downstream Oil & Gas Engineering area.
Lead design workshops, develop technical design specifications, execute SAP configurations adhering to best practices, and support testing and production issue resolution.
Drive problem analysis, defect resolution, documentation, and propose functional improvements ensuring robust, supportable, and scalable SAP HRM/HCM solutions.
Minimum Requirements
At least 9 years experience in SAP Human Resource Management (HRM)/Human Capital Management (HCM) with minimum 5 years in SAP Project System.
Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP implementations with hands-on design or configuration experience; support/testing only experience not suitable.
Strong SAP configuration and master data setup skills in PA, PT, OM modules; integration knowledge with PS/PM/FI/CO/MM/SD/BW.
Hands-on ABAP knowledge (tables, functional modules, IDOCs), SAP certifications in HCM/S4HANA preferred; good English communication; experience in upstream oil & gas or manufacturing industries.

Operationally focused on end-to-end SAP implementation lifecycle including design, configuration, testing, go-live support, and issue resolution.
Capable of leading cross-functional workshops and collaborating with process architects and technical teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
