Define and implement performance benchmarking strategies for FlashArray products across platforms to maintain competitive advantage.
Lead and mentor a team of engineers to deliver high-impact performance testing and results.
Collaborate with Product Management and Solutions Engineering to validate performance against critical customer use cases and optimize system throughput and latency.
Minimum Requirements
Proven experience in system-level performance testing for enterprise-grade storage and server solutions, including SAN protocols (iSCSI, NFS, SMB).
Expert-level proficiency with Linux systems, including network configuration and storage stack performance tuning.
Ability to lead and provide technical direction to performance engineering teams.
Work Location: Must work from Bangalore office; remote work not mentioned as allowed except for PTO, travel, or approved leave.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Extensive expertise in Linux system internals with strong analytical skills to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
Experience working closely with Product Management and Solutions Engineering to translate customer needs into engineering benchmarks.
Senior individual contributor or lead comfortable with technical mentorship and strategic performance direction in a high-visibility environment.
