FP&A Analyst

Lead financial planning and analysis including variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting and profitability by product, program, customer, and revenue type for India business.

Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Programs, and Operations to support commercial business decisions, bids, and program financial performance.

Drive improvements in financial reporting efficiency, accuracy of P&L and balance sheet especially on program-related items, and maintain effective communication with local and divisional stakeholders.

4-7 years of relevant FP&A, commercial finance, business partnering or management reporting experience, preferably in multinational environment.

Professional qualification preferred: Chartered Accountant, MBA Finance or equivalent.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word; knowledge of SAP, Smartview/Onyx/CPM is required.

Fluent written and spoken English.

Experience working in multi-currency, matrix organizations with exposure to project, service, technology, industrial or manufacturing sectors.

Strong understanding and practical application of accounting principles, chart of accounts, budgeting, and financial data analysis.

Capable of working independently while collaborating effectively across geographies for accurate and timely financial insights.
