Business Analyst - Project Financial Management

Develop, monitor, and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for medium to large-scale technology or business transformation projects.

Perform financial analysis including variance analysis, risk identification, and reporting to support project financial management and governance.

Leverage AI, automation, and reporting tools to enhance financial transparency, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency in project financial processes.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.

4–7 years of experience in Project Financial Management, Financial Analysis, PMO Operations, or related disciplines supporting medium to large-scale projects.

Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday Financials) and Project Portfolio Management tools (e.g., ServiceNow PPM, Planview).

Experience using AI tools (Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise) and automation platforms (Power Automate, Automation Anywhere) in business processes.

Experienced in managing financials within matrixed global organizations handling complex projects requiring cross-functional collaboration.

Proficient in advanced financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting through Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and advanced visualization tools.

Skilled in identifying automation opportunities and implementing AI-driven solutions for financial reporting and process improvements.
