Drive scheduling, scoping, and end-to-end execution of integration projects for Falcon modules focusing on NG-SIEM and Onum.
Partner with Product Managers, Engineering leaders, and Developers to manage ~30 engineers across 300+ integrations in a hybrid environment.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple global locations to ensure dependency management and timely delivery of roadmap objectives.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years of program/project management experience in software development.
Proficient with Jira including query/ticket creation and board facilitation.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies; Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is a plus.
Must be located within 30 miles of Pune, India office (Hybrid role).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced managing large-scale, complex, cloud-based software platform integrations involving multiple teams and geographies.
Strong ability to translate technical details into business context to facilitate decision-making and project execution.
Proven track record of leading collaborative, consensus-driven environments with a detail-oriented and proactive operating style.
