Lead the Sanction Party List (SPL) Screening Operation during assigned shifts with accountability for workflow handling and allocation.
Monitor workflow efficiency and SLA adherence while maintaining and consolidating activity trackers and error tracking across the shift.
Serve as first-level query resolver and escalation point, managing communications with stakeholders and coordinating with the Team Lead.
Minimum Requirements
2 to 5 years of experience in Export Control & Sanctions operations.
Educational Qualifications: B.Com, M.Com, B.Sc, B.A., B.Tech, BCA, or MBA degree.
Working knowledge of SAP GTS, Power BI, and AI tools; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Work Experience Required: 2 to 5 years in relevant domain.

Experience operating in compliance-driven export control and sanctions screening environments with shift-based responsibilities.
Skilled in managing operational workflows and leading shift teams to maintain SLA and quality standards.
Proficient with data analytics and process monitoring tools such as SAP GTS, Power BI, and AI solutions to support operational decision-making.
