Manage end-to-end Factory Managed Parts order process including analysis of dealer requests, supplier coordination for pricing and lead times, and order fulfillment tracking.
Collaborate with Procurement, Product Groups, and Transportation to convert dealer requests into confirmed orders and resolve delays or issues.
Support sourcing council activities to optimize part sourcing aligned with regional strategies and drive process improvements to enhance order cycle time and service fill.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in commerce, science, engineering, or equivalent.
Minimum 8-9 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, 3PL, warehousing, or service parts logistics.
Must be willing to work onsite in Bangalore, India full-time (five days a week).

Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in full lifecycle of Factory Managed Parts orders with strong cross-functional collaboration skills (dealers, suppliers, procurement, transportation, product groups).
Proficient with multiple ERP systems (such as SAP, Mainframe) and possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities focused on order management efficiencies.
Ability to work independently on issue resolution and process enhancements supporting operational and sourcing decisions aligned with regional supply chain strategies.
