Minimum Requirements
5-8 years of professional experience, including 5+ years in Java/Python/Angular development.
Mandatory skills: Agile-Scrum framework experience.
Proficiency in Java (Spring Boot, REST APIs) or Python (Flask, FastAPI), and frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular).
Work Experience Required: 5-8 years; Location: Pune, Maharashtra.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in hands-on software development and skilled in Agile-Scrum frameworks.
Capable of cross-functional team facilitation and driving stable sprint velocity through active impediment resolution.
Able to collaborate closely with Product Owners and teams for backlog refinement and engineering practice adoption.
