Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
5+ years of software engineering experience developing enterprise-scale applications or platforms.
Experience or exposure to AI/ML or Generative AI concepts and willingness to deploy AI-powered solutions in production.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), distributed systems, microservices, APIs, event-driven platforms, modern programming languages (Java, Python, C#, Go, TypeScript), and DevOps practices such as CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced developer comfortable working across platform and application layers in regulated, data-intensive environments.
Familiar with AI platform development, AI-assisted development tools, and concepts like MLOps, model lifecycle management, AI governance, and responsible AI.
Able to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary technical teams and adapt to hybrid work environments involving both remote and on-site presence.
