Minimum Requirements
3+ years of experience in security operations, security engineering, or a related cybersecurity role.
Experience with endpoint detection and response platforms like CrowdStrike Falcon or Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
Strong understanding of network security concepts: firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, network traffic analysis.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Security or equivalent professional experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in handling escalated L2 security tool support and complex technical problem resolution.
Comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams including security, infrastructure, and technology.
Knowledgeable in cloud security across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform environments, indicating a broad operational security perspective.
