Network Operations Analyst I

Monitor global network services and perform initial troubleshooting for network incidents across corporate, distribution centers, cloud, showroom, and retail environments.

Own assigned network incidents with documentation, timely updates, escalation, and follow-through until resolution.

Support installation, validation, maintenance, and lifecycle tracking of network infrastructure including switches, wireless APs, SD-WAN devices, and firewalls; maintain operational documentation and leverage automation and AI tools for incident triage and operational consistency.

Minimum 2 years experience in network operations, network support, or comparable technical role.

Understanding of core networking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching, wireless networking, VPN technologies.

Experience with alert monitoring, first-level network troubleshooting, incident documentation, and escalations.

Location requirement: Bengaluru, India; Full-time position.

Experienced in structured operational environments with ability to collaborate across business teams, technical partners, and service providers in multiple time zones.

Proficient in using modern monitoring, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve operational efficiency and incident management.
