Network Operations Analyst I

Monitor and troubleshoot global network services incidents across diverse environments including corporate offices, distribution centers, and retail stores.

Own incident management duties such as documenting troubleshooting steps, providing timely updates, escalating appropriately, and ensuring resolution.

Support installation, validation, maintenance, and lifecycle tracking of network infrastructure (switches, wireless access points, SD-WAN appliances, firewalls) and maintain operational documentation.

Minimum 2 years of experience in network operations, infrastructure support, or similar technical roles.

Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching, wireless networking, and VPN technologies.

Experience with monitoring alerts, first-level network troubleshooting, incident documentation, and issue escalation.

Location requirement: Bengaluru, India (full time).

Has proven capability working in structured network operational environments involving multiple regions and time zones.

Uses automation and AI-enabled tools responsibly to improve incident triage and operational consistency.

Effective collaborator with business teams, technical partners, and service providers across global operations.
