Network Operations Analyst I

Monitor global network services and perform initial incident troubleshooting across offices, data centers, retail, and cloud environments.

Own assigned network incidents: document troubleshooting steps, provide timely updates, escalate when needed, and ensure resolution.

Support installation, validation, maintenance, and lifecycle tracking of network infrastructure including switches, wireless APs, SD-WAN appliances, and firewalls; maintain operational documentation and use automation/AI tools to improve processes.

Minimum 2 years experience in network operations, infrastructure support, network support, or comparable technical role.

Strong understanding of core networking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching, wireless networking, VPNs.

Experience monitoring alerts, conducting first-level network troubleshooting, documenting incidents, and escalating appropriately.

Location requirement: Bengaluru, India.

Operates effectively in a structured, global, and follow-the-sun network operations environment involving cross-region collaboration.

Experienced with supporting diverse network infrastructure and comfortable with modern monitoring, automation, and AI-enabled tools.

Demonstrates accountability by maintaining incident ownership through resolution and clear documentation.
