Minimum Requirements
7+ years professional software engineering experience in cloud-based or high-traffic digital environments; minimum 3 years specifically on Order Management Systems (OMS).
Proficiency in at least one modern programming language with experience in APIs, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, containerization, infrastructure as code, and observability.
Practical experience using AI development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) to enhance software engineering outcomes; Location: Bengaluru, India; Work Experience Required: 7+ years
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in full software lifecycle ownership including production support and incident management for OMS in omnichannel retail environments.
Comfortable working in complex, scalable distributed systems with event-driven integration technologies (Pub/Sub, Kafka).
Skilled in leveraging AI tools to improve engineering productivity and driving best practices for platform performance and customer experience improvements.
