Minimum Requirements
8+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, application support, infrastructure engineering, or related technology discipline.
Experience managing or supporting enterprise-scale applications and infrastructure in complex business environments.
Hands-on experience with incident management, problem management, change management, and production support.
Experience with observability and monitoring platforms (e.g., New Relic, APM tools) and automation/scripting tools like Python, PowerShell, CI/CD platforms or cloud technologies.
Location requirement: Bengaluru, India.
Work Experience Required: 8+ years

Experienced SRE professional comfortable working across applications, infrastructure, and retail technology environments.
Proven ability to lead operational incident and change management at an enterprise scale.
