Lead day-to-day production support and operations for enterprise job scheduling and workload automation platforms like HCL Workload Automation, GSCI, and Velocity.
Own incident response, root cause analysis, and problem management for batch job failures or delays, coordinating with upstream and downstream application teams.
Drive operational excellence through knowledge management, mentoring India-based scheduling engineers, and partnering with application, infrastructure, and business teams to improve scheduling reliability and ITSM maturity.
Minimum Requirements
4+ years of experience in IT production support, application or infrastructure operations, batch processing, or Site Reliability Engineering with leadership exposure.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience supporting enterprise workload automation/job scheduling platforms such as HCL Workload Automation, TWS, Control-M, or similar.
Location requirement: Bengaluru, India (full-time role).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing complex batch processing and cross-application workload orchestration with strong understanding of job dependencies and scheduling calendars.
Capable of technical leadership and mentoring within a scheduling operations team in India.
Familiar with ITSM practices including incident and problem management and able to communicate technical and business impacts clearly.
