Drive operational excellence by creating and maintaining knowledge resources, mentoring India-based scheduling engineers, and partnering with teams to manage scheduling calendars, dependencies, and ITSM process maturity.
Minimum Requirements
4+ years experience in IT production support, application or infrastructure operations, batch processing, or Site Reliability Engineering with leadership or supervisory experience.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience supporting enterprise job scheduling and workload automation platforms such as HCL Workload Automation, TWS, Control-M, or similar.
Location requirement: Bengaluru, India; Full-time position.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Technical leadership experience directly in workload automation or job scheduling environments with operational responsibility.
Deep understanding of job dependency mapping, scheduling calendars, workload orchestration, and impact analysis across applications.
Skilled in ITSM practices, incident and problem management, with ability to lead operational maturity and drive continuous improvement in a multi-team enterprise environment.
