Own day-to-day production support and operations for enterprise job scheduling and workload automation platforms (HCL Workload Automation, GSCI, Velocity).
Lead incident response, root cause analysis, problem management, and maintain operational documentation (playbooks, runbooks, SOPs).
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to India-based scheduling engineers and collaborate with multiple teams to ensure reliable batch job execution and ITSM process maturity.
Minimum Requirements
4+ years of experience in IT production support, application or infrastructure operations, batch processing, or Site Reliability Engineering with leadership experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience supporting enterprise workload automation/job scheduling platforms like HCL Workload Automation, TWS, or Control-M.
Location requirement: Bengaluru, India, full-time role.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Technical leader with strong experience in enterprise batch job scheduling and workload automation environments.
Experienced in coordinating cross-functional teams for incident management, problem resolution, and operational improvements.
Familiar with ITSM practices and skilled at creating and maintaining technical documentation and operational playbooks to drive operational maturity.
