Map and analyze existing child protection information and data collection systems across UNRWA fields to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
Develop, validate, and roll out a comprehensive research methodology and M&E framework for monitoring child protection risks across multiple operational fields.
Lead data collection, training, and reporting efforts culminating in a field-specific child protection report with actionable, rights-based recommendations.
Minimum Requirements
Advanced degree in IT, Computer Science, Demography, Statistics, Social Sciences, or related field.
At least 9 years of professional experience with combined field and/or headquarters experience in international organizations.
Minimum 2 continuous years of relevant international experience outside UNRWA and candidate's home country if not already UN common system staff.
Proven knowledge in child protection guidelines, monitoring and evaluation standards, and experience in data collection methodologies and capacity building.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in complex data collection and analysis for child protection within international humanitarian or development settings.
Demonstrated ability to design and operationalize research methodologies adaptable across diverse field contexts.
Skilled in coordinating multi-stakeholder training and leading the production of analytical reports aligned with international child protection frameworks.
