Senior Advisor, Machine Learning Engineer

Build production-grade ML models and resilient data pipelines powering product features and operations.

Collaborate with data scientists and platform engineers to harden ML solutions for real-world usage, including integration, telemetry, retraining automation, and rollback.

Lead feature engineering, experimentation at scale, and optimization of ML models for latency, throughput, accuracy, robustness, and efficiency.

8-12 years of related experience.

Proficient in Python, ML frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow), and data tools (Pandas, NumPy).

Familiar with cloud-native development, containers, and CI/CD pipelines.

Strong understanding of model evaluation techniques including monitoring and drift detection.

Experienced in designing and deploying ML models with automated, reproducible training and inference workflows in production environments.

Capable of translating complex requirements into clear technical tasks and documentation for feature engineering and data quality assurance.

Comfortable working in cloud-native setups, integrating telemetry, and applying experimentation frameworks to improve ML systems.
