Minimum Requirements
Mandatory professional qualification preferred: Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost and Management Accountant (CMA India), or Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
1–2 years of experience in general ledger accounting, reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close, financial analysis, or related finance operations.
Proficiency in SAP applications and Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of accounting standards, internal controls, and SOX compliance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in handling end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) processes with focus on compliance and accuracy.
Skilled in financial data analysis and problem identification in finance operations.
Familiar with internal controls and regulatory compliance frameworks related to financial reporting.
