10-15 years of direct experience in gas turbine package design and turbomachinery technology.
Basic knowledge of gas turbine operating cycles, engine design characteristics, component materials, manufacturing technologies, quality practices, and test validation.
Experience managing or leading technical staff, with strong communication, organizational, and Lean/Agile workflow management skills.

Experienced engineering manager with deep technical expertise in gas turbines and turbomachinery integrated with strategic project and performance management.
Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, influence peers, and drive product quality improvements across cross-functional environments.
