Design, build, and maintain governed data objects within Unity Catalog and enterprise semantic layer supporting commercial analytics across multiple therapeutic areas.
Define KPIs and metrics for brand and commercial stakeholders using HCP prescribing behavior, patient journey, and claims data sets while ensuring data quality validation.
Participate in full project lifecycle and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve dependencies, prioritize backlog, and improve analytics processes incorporating agentic AI tools.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in quantitative field (Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related).
4+ years of experience in pharma commercial/HCP analytics, claims-based analytics, or relevant analytics roles.
Proficient in Databricks (Unity Catalog, Delta Lake), advanced SQL; familiarity with PySpark, Python, or SAS is a plus.
Working knowledge or interest in agentic AI/LLM-assisted workflows and Agile delivery practices preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in pharma commercial/HCP analytics or claims-based analytics with ability to handle ambiguous data and business questions.
Skilled in data platform governance, metric definition, and cross-team collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable leveraging AI-powered tools for automation in analytics documentation, code review, and pipeline management.
