Own proactive forecasting, reporting, and analysis of OPEX costs within the Global OPEX COE.
Support business partners with financial insights for decision making, focusing on streaming OPEX P&L and monthly cost forecast submissions.
Drive continuous improvement of financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
Minimum Requirements
2-5 years of relevant FP&A experience.
CIMA/ACCA qualified or in progress, with general accounting knowledge.
Strong MS Excel (including power query, power pivot) and PowerPoint skills; proficiency with EPM tools (Hyperion, SAP BPC/SAC) and BI tools (Power BI).
Strong oral and written English communication skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in detailed financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis within a corporate FP&A environment.
Capable of working proactively and hands-on with digital financial tools to support finance transformation agendas.
Skilled at communicating complex financial insights clearly to support senior stakeholders and drive business performance decisions.
