Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
8+ years of relevant work experience required.
Strong communication, organization, time management, and prioritization skills mandatory.
Ability to understand and learn complexities of investment trading workflows required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in advanced trading workflows within financial services technology, preferably with knowledge of SS&C Eze products or similar.
Capable of independently managing projects and mentoring new team members in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity or interest in FIX protocol versions 4.0, 4.2, 4.4 and algorithmic trading concepts advantageous but not mandatory.
