Own and lead the Corporate Function Enterprise Data Hub within Databricks Data Mesh, delivering trusted, reusable, and governed data products.
Lead delivery of analytics, machine-learning, and AI solutions addressing Corporate Function business priorities and manage migration of legacy data products into the data mesh.
Build and manage a multidisciplinary data team; partner with Corporate Functions, GSS and IT Business Partnering to prioritize and secure adoption of data products and capabilities.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, data science, engineering, information systems, mathematics, or a related discipline.
Deep knowledge of data architecture, data engineering, analytics, data-product management, cloud platforms, and ML/AI lifecycle.
Working knowledge of Databricks, data mesh concepts, governance, metadata, data quality, security/privacy, and responsible-AI principles.
Work Experience Required: Typically 10+ years in data, analytics, data engineering, AI/ML, digital product delivery or technology leadership.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven experience leading enterprise-scale cloud data products and analytics solutions, preferably on Databricks and decentralized data-product models (data mesh).
Strong commercial acumen with ability to translate complex technical topics to senior non-technical stakeholders and deliver measurable business value.
Experience managing migration and modernization of legacy data products with governance, data quality, security, and operational resilience in regulated or privacy-sensitive data environments.
