Minimum Requirements

Experience with US-based job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms such as Ceipal preferred.
Ability to understand and screen candidates against technical job requirements across multiple technologies.
Fluent English communication skills; work mode is 100% remote from India.

Experienced in managing urgent and difficult-to-fill IT requirements across contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire roles.
