Develop and implement enterprise-wide learning programs aligned with HDFC Life's strategic workforce capability needs.
Own end-to-end delivery of all Learning & Development programs including induction, new products, and special programs, ensuring coverage and participant engagement.
Collect and manage participant feedback and stay updated on trends in Life Insurance and Financial Services to maintain program relevance.
Minimum Requirements
4 years of experience in Sales and/or Training.
Graduation degree required.
Must conduct and manage all L&D programs as per the calendar with ownership of learner coverage.
Work Experience Required: 4 years in Sales and/or Training.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Familiarity with financial services and insurance domain, recognized as an expert by the audience.
Proactive in acquiring and maintaining certifications in Learning and Development.
Strong facilitation skills with an organized approach to ensure effective participant learning outcomes.
