Make key product decisions on AI behavior, features, and user interaction, ensuring the product saves users time and reduces friction in project workflows.
Minimum Requirements
Work Experience Required: Experience taking a product or meaningful feature from ambiguous problem to real user adoption.
Must be based in Bangalore with willingness to work 5 days a week in the office.
Technical fluency to discuss AI behavior, system integrations, and tradeoffs with engineers.
Experience working closely with customers to understand workflows and incorporating feedback into product decisions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Comfortable managing product ambiguity, making tradeoffs, and iterating based on changing evidence.
Has a strong builder’s mindset using prototypes and experiments to learn quickly and refine ideas.
Experienced in AI products, collaboration tools, developer tools, complex workflows, or startup environments, preferably as founder or early employee.
