Minimum Requirements
Degree or equivalent work experience.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred but not mandatory.
Practical experience in program/project management including documentation (planning, test approach, RAID logs).
Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Jira/Confluence), Microsoft 365, and financial services industry experience preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in independently managing small to medium projects with a thorough understanding of project management fundamentals and methodologies.
Capable of establishing project governance, managing cross-functional teams, and producing executive-level reporting related to strategy, budget, and risk.
Proficient in troubleshooting project issues, contract management, and leveraging technology to drive efficiency in a regulated financial environment.
