Project Manager

Own end-to-end transition and transformation program delivery for cloud infrastructure and security services, including planning, governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

Lead mobilization, discovery, knowledge transfer, operational readiness, go-live, hypercare, and smooth handover to steady-state operations.

Drive transformation and continuous improvement initiatives linked to transition outcomes, ensuring alignment with customer priorities and measurable results.

10+ years overall IT experience with 6-8 years in transition, transformation, project management, or service delivery roles.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience leading infrastructure, cloud, network, workplace, cybersecurity, or managed services transition programs.

Strong understanding of ITIL-based service management processes and working knowledge of cloud, infrastructure, network, workplace, cybersecurity, monitoring, ITSM tools, and managed services operating models.

Proven ability to independently manage complex, multi-workstream transition or transformation programs involving global delivery and multi-vendor environments.

Strong execution discipline with focus on risk, dependency, governance, and milestone management in highly matrixed organizational structures.

Experienced in customer-facing communication, executive reporting, escalation management, and delivering outcomes without direct authority.
