Lead the definition and maturation of enterprise data governance strategy and operating model for Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance data domains such as Claims and Legal.
Implement and manage the IDMC platform covering business glossary, data catalog, metadata management, data lineage, governance workflows, and integration with cloud and analytics tools.
Define and monitor data quality KPIs; establish governance processes for issue management, ensuring data compliance and readiness for regulatory, legal, and risk reporting.
Minimum Requirements
5-8 years of experience in data management, data governance, or enterprise data programs.
Minimum 2 years hands-on experience implementing and configuring IDMC at enterprise scale.
Strong domain expertise in Property & Casualty insurance, specifically Claims data.
Work Experience Required: 5-8 years in relevant data governance roles.

Experienced leader capable of establishing data governance operating models and managing cross-functional stakeholder engagement across business, IT, analytics, and compliance teams.
Technical proficiency in metadata management, data cataloging, stewardship, lineage, and data quality governance within complex data ecosystems.
