Minimum Requirements
3–5 years of full-stack engineering experience with expertise in Go (Golang), React, and AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code.
Strong backend and distributed systems experience with Go microservices, Kafka/SQS/RabbitMQ messaging systems, and Redis/ElastiCache caching solutions.
Proficient in modern React including hooks, state management, and tools such as Vite.
Hands-on AWS cloud-native experience including ECS/Fargate, EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, and ElastiCache deployment and observability tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in designing scalable distributed systems emphasizing messaging, concurrency, caching, and fault tolerance in high-throughput environments.
Comfortable owning both backend microservices and frontend React modules with a strong focus on code quality and system performance.
Skilled in leveraging AI-assisted coding tools while enforcing strict specifications, minimal code bloat, and rigorous testing during development and code reviews.
