Minimum Requirements
8 to 12 years of professional experience in software development.
Strong expertise in Python development with solid understanding of OOP, micro-services, MVC frameworks, and relational/non-relational databases.
Proficient in building REST APIs, cloud-native applications, test-driven development (TDD), CI/CD, and DevOps tools such as GIT, Jenkins, Sonar.
Strong PostgreSQL skills including query optimization, schema design, indexing, and performance tuning.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in coaching and mentoring development teams on design and best practices with strong stakeholder management capability.
Comfortable working with Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and modern DevOps tools including Docker, Kubernetes, and Ansible as preferred skills.
Able to lead initiatives for scalability, reusability, and reliability along with influencing technical roadmaps and fostering open source contributions.
